Our Kit Bridges are generally in stock and ready to ship to you within a day or two. Our Assembled Bridges take a while to assemble, package and ship, allow us 2-4 business days to assemble your new bridge before shipping. Our Pier Kits are not in stock and are made custom to your order, allow 2-3 weeks to process an order of our piers. Our pier kits will be stocked in 1 to 3 foot lengths soon. These bridges are made of steel, they are primer painted when you receive them. Longevity of these bridges depends on several factors including local environment. Using these in Salt water area will of course diminish the life of the steel unless it is repainted frequently. Using this bridge in sunny area has only affect on paint faiding, use goo quality rust preventitive paint. The rivets are zinc plated steel and keeping the rivet heads painted will preserve their integrity. In general, these bridges should last and be passed down through several generations of family or friends.
